Don Lothario's Children

Here are all three of Don Lothario's children:
Donald Dreamer (KayLynn Langerak/mother; adopted by Darren Dreamer)

Casey Lothario (Cassandra Goth/mother)Donna Caliente (Nina Caliente/mother)

Don Lotherio/Elder

Just a few days after Donna's high school graduation, Don celebrated a birthday. While Donna's event was a happy one...this one was not something that Don was looking forward to. He had always prided himself on his good looks...his ability to get any woman he wanted. But, once he aged into an elder he wondered if he would still be attractive to the opposite sex...especially to Nina. Donna hugged her half-sister Casey who had stopped by to wish her dad a happy birthday. She still felt close to her dad...and had missed him terribly when Don and Cassandra had divorced and he had moved out of the Goth mansion.
It was easy to tell that Donna and Casey were sisters. They favored...but Casey seemed to favor the Goth family, while Donna very definately favored her father.
"Well, looks like it's time" Don said to Nina, carressing her softly on her cheek. She was still a beautiful woman. Don couldn't help but worry that Nina would no longer find him attractive once the transformation took place. The only thing that comforted him was the fact that Nina would soon follow him into elder-hood.
Reluctantly Don stood and made a wish as his daughter looked on. He couldn't put off the inevitable any longer.
Don transformed into an elder. "Well...might as well make the best of it!" thought Don. And anyway...he still looked pretty good!
At least he thought so...until he looked at Nina. Unfortunately, Nina had been unable to hide her dismay at the change in Don's appearance...and she didn't appear to be pleased about it either! The smile on Don's lips quickly vanished. Putting down his piece of cake, Don walked into the kitchen.
Donna witnessed the entire exchange between Don and Nina. Following Don into the kitchen, Donna attempted to encourage her dad. "Wow...you look so handsome! Good job, dad!" Nina said to Don. Don looked at his daughter and offered a weak smile. He was thankful for the effort Donna made...but he also knew he would never be able to forget the look on Nina's face.

For the first time, the ghost of KayLynn Langerak (mother of Donald Lotherio Langerak Dreamer) made an appearance. Perhaps she was celebrating Don's transformation to elder???

Donna (Lothario) Caliente Completes High School

Donna woke up early and hopped out of bed. "All right!" she said. Today was her last day of high school! She had looked forward to this day...and to moving on to University soon. Though she loved her parents dearly, she was ready to move on with her life. Going to University would definately make her feel more grown up.
Nina made Donna's favorite breakfast...pancakes. The family even made a point to eat breakfast together for a change. Donna smiled as she got on the bus for the last time. "If all goes well" thought Donna, "This time next year I may even have my own car!"
One of Donna's best friends, Zoe, came home with her from school. Zoe and Donna would be going to University together. As they danced in celebration of their last day of high school, Nina joined in. She could never resist having a good time. Was she really old enough to have a daughter ready to beging University??? Zoe talked Donna into inviting Christopher Broke over. Christopher and Zoe were going steady, and Christopher would be going off to University with the two of them. After Christopher showed up, Zoe just wanted to spend the rest of the time with him....Just what Donna had been afraid of. Oh well, she wasn't about to let anything ruin this happy feeling for her. She was now a high school graduate!

Darren Tells His Secret

One day Darren stopped by the Goth mansion. He thought he would visit with his friend Cassandra and see how things were going with her. Casey answered the door, informing Darren that Cassandra was at work. She invited him in. Darren noticed that Donald was visiting with Casey. Darren had adopted Donald when he was just a toddler after his mother had died.
Casey invited Darren in and the three of them were watching television. Darren felt that now was as good a time as any to tell the two of them the truth. "I would like to talk to the two of you" Darren said to Casey and Donald. Casey had gotten up to go to the kitchen to get them something to drink. At Darren's words, Casey stopped and turned around. "What is it?" she asked.
"Why don't you sit down first" said Darren as he sat next to Donald. "Now, I know what I have to say will come as a surprise to both of you. But, it's something you both have a right to know." Casey and Donald looked at each other as Darren began to tell his story. Darren told them about Donald's mother, Kaylynn Langerak....that she had died tragically in a fire when Donald was just a toddler. Darren had adopted Donald and raised him as his own...but Donald had a father...a father that was still alive. Donald's father was Don Lothario...and Don was also Casey's father. Casey and Don were half-siblings!
"I remember my mother...vaguely. I was little more than a baby when she died" said Donald. "But...I never knew who my father was."
"It's hard to imagine that...when I was a baby growing up here...my father had another baby just a few months older than me. And...that we are really brother and sister!" Both Donald and Casey sat in silence. "I thought about telling you before now. In fact, I was certain that Mortimer had told Don and Cassandra that I had adopted you. He knew about it, you know...before he died. But...he didn't tell. He took that secret to the grave with him. I was so afraid that Mortimer, with all his money, would try to take you away from me. That's why I have kept silent for so long."
The three of them sat in stunned silence, thinking of the words that had just been spoken. They didn't notice Nina standing outside the doorway. How long had she been there...and how much had she heard?
Apparently she had been there long enough....for she went straight to Cassandra and told her everything she had heard.

Casey and Beau

Casey and Beau continued to see each other after graduation. Beau was over almost every day. His relationship with Casey continued to grow.

He loved spending time with her, and could hardly wait to see her again each time he left. Was this love??? Was he in love with Casey??? He only knew that he had to be with her...to see her...or his day would not be complete.
Casey was very quickly falling in love with Beau as well. She couldn't resist his kisses, and would often kiss him if he did not initiate a kiss from her. The two lovebirds seemed oblivious to the others around them. George was a little embarrassed with such a public display of kisses and embraces. He wasn't used to that!
Beau frequently was a guest at dinner. Cassandra enjoyed the opportunity to get to know Beau better. After all, if he was dating her little girl then she wanted to make sure he was worthy of her. She liked Beau and thought he was a nice young man.
George didn't dislike Beau...he just thought that Casey and Beau were just a little too free with expressing their affection towards one another when Georgette was around. After all, she was still young and impressive. He wanted to make sure that Casey was setting the right example for her little sister. When he tried to talk to Casey about it, she became angry with him.
"What's wrong with showing someone that you love them anyway? We're not doing anything wrong!" Cassandra did not like George telling her what to do. After all, she was a grown woman now, wasn't she? And...besides...he wasn't even her father!
Casey felt bad about yelling at George. She just loved Beau so much and couldn't help herself.
Casey was sad. She had looked forward to moving back home...to getting to know her little sister and even George better. She hoped everything would be all right between them all. Her family was so imporant to her.
