Casey in pigtails.
Casey after makeover.

I thought it would be fun to play the Maxis-made Sims in the town of Pleasantview. I plan to follow their families throughout the generations.
"But, what about Casey. She needs me to be here with her. Surely you can see that, can't you?" Don pleaded with Cassandra to give him another chance.
"All right. You can stay until Casey has her birthday. That should give you enough time to find someplace else to live. But, as far as you and I are concerned, we are finished!" Don turned, weeping softly. He didn't want Cassandra to see him being so weak. If he had turned around he would have seen a smile on Cassandra's face. She hadn't felt this good in a very long time!
Cassandra had a very good friend that she met at work. He would occasionally come home with her. His name was George Langerak. He seemed very understanding...and was so easy to talk to.
And he was easy to look at as well! Cassandra thought he was extremely handsome!
Casey didn't like all the tension in the house. She would often stay outdoors rather than stay inside and listen to her parents argue. One evening she stayed out in the cold a long time, building a snowman. She felt so cold, yet...she didn't want to go inside.
She was also feeling angry at her parents. "Why are they always fighting?" she said angrily. She jumped on her newly-made snowman and tore him down.
He and Cassandra even shared a ride to work occasionally.
Alexander was still living at the Goth mansion. He also worked.
Casey continued to make good grades at school. She really did live a charmed life.
One evening when Cassandra was working late, Don asked Nina to stop by. He hadn't seen her for a while, and he had missed her. Don lightly kissed Nina upon her arrival. Alexander chose just that moment to leave the Goth mansion. He had been visiting with his niece, since Cassandra was still at work. According to Don, Cassandra wasn't expected to return until late tonight. Alexander left, heading back to the University. Whether Alexander saw the kiss exchanged between the two of them Don didn't know. Alexander said nothing as he left.
Don and Nina talked about the unfortunate death of Kaylynn. While Nina and Kaylynn had never been close, she knew that Kaylynn had once been involved with Don. It was so sad...she was so young. And what ever happened to her child?
Don looked at Nina, causing her to blush. He couldn't help it. She was so beautiful...and it had been so long since they had been together. Don continued to flirt with Nina, telling her how lovely she was...how desirable...how sexy.
Don reached around, grabbing Nina on her buttock, shocking even Nina with his brazen display of affection. He couldn't help himself! He was crazy about this woman. The longer he was with her, the stronger his desire grew. What Don didn't know was that his daughter sat in her high chair...quietly...watching her daddy and Nina.

Casey was saddened at the death of her Grandpa Mortimer.
Cassandra had an especially hard time coping after Mortimer's death. He had always been there for her, no matter what. She knew he had always looked after her. And if she had a problem she only had to go to her daddy and he took care of it for her. While Don was sad that the old man was dead, he was also a little relieved. At least he wouldn't have anyone watching every move he made anymore.
Casey cried out, wanting out of her crib. Don hated to hear her cry. Walking to her crib, Don thought, "How quickly she is growing up!" He suddenly thought of Donald. Don had not seen Donald for several months. He called occasionally, but it was too hard for him to see Kaylynn with someone else. He didn't really understand the reason why. He certainly didn't love her...yet...she was so beautiful...and so sexy. But, why did she seem to have fallen for Darren Dreamer of all people? Don and Darren were definately not friends. Darren had a "thing" for his Cassandra, and the very thought of that made Don angry.
As Mortimer cooked breakfast, Don played with Casey. She was practically walking on her own now. Don was glad that Casey wasn't so much of a baby anymore. It was nice to be able to talk to her, to play with her...and he was fascinated with the subtle changes he saw every day in her.
Cassandra loved to see Don and Casey together. She wanted to have another child, but Don had told her he didn't think that was a good idea right now. "We need to give Casey all the attention she needs from us now. If we had another baby now, we couldn't give her that," Don told Cassandra. In reality, Don did not want another child. The whole experience had been good, but Don didn't want to repeat it. He was looking forward to having more free time for himself once Casey was a little older and started school.
Casey transformed into a beautiful toddler, who loved her "Grandpa Mortimer".
Mortimer held little Casey close. She reminded him so much of Cassandra as a toddler.
Don loved to walk throughout the house, just holding Casey and singing to her as he walked. Casey would look up at him and smile. It thrilled Don to see her smile! Don was happy, looking at his beautiful daughter. Don just wished he could spend more time with his son Donald as well.
Mortimer had watched Don since his marriage to Cassandra. He had grown a certain respect for Don. As far as Mortimer knew, Don had been faithful to Cassandra. And no one could question his love for his child, Casey. Mortimer was getting and feeling much older. He wanted to make certain that Cassandra would be well cared for when he was gone. He had spent his entire life looking after his children, and now Casey was just as important to him as his own children were.
Cassandra kissed Don, starting with each fingertip, his hand, up his arm to his neck. She lingered at his lips, then worked her way back down to the rest of his body. Don threw back his head in delight. He was certainly going to enjoy this night.
Cassandra had a smile on her face the next morning. Yes...she was going to keep her man so happy he wouldn't even have time to think about another woman!
Casey Lotherio looked at her mom with big brown eyes. She had not gotten her father's green eyes. Instead, she had inherited the "Goth" family brown eyes. Mortimer looked at his daughter and new grandaughter with pride.
Cassandra took Casey to Don. Don held out his arms to hold his newborn daughter. She was beautiful! And so perfect!
Mortimer was next to get to hold his grandaughter. He was very happy to be here now...and to be able to hold her. He thought of Bella and wondered where she was now. He knew she would be so proud of Cassandra, just as he was.
Mortimer was a wonderful grandfather to Casey. He carried her around with him...played with her...fed her...He was enjoying having a little one in the house again.
Laying down on the couch, Cassandra fell quickly asleep. She slept away much of the afternoon.
Don had returned home from work and had already gone to sleep when Cassandra got ready for bed later that night. It seemed to Cassandra that Don was not interested in making love to her lately. Did he find her repulsive? She was having his baby! Their romantic life had been essentially non-exhistant of late. Cassandra hoped that after the baby was born Don would again show some interest in her.
The next morning, Cassandra took the test. It was positive! She was pregnant! She threw back her head and laughed. She and Don were going to have a baby. She was so excited.
The first person Cassandra told was her father. "Well, daddy. How would you feel about having an addition to the family?" Cassandra asked Mortimer. "What are you talking about, Cassy?" Mortimer asked, looking at Cassandra. "You're going to be a Grandpa!" said Cassandra. Mortimer was speechless. He certainly didn't see this coming. Why, he had just told Don about his suspicions regarding Kaylynn just the other night. If his suspicions were correct, Don was going to have two children born within a few months of each other!
Next Cassandra told Don that she was pregnant. Don stared at Cassandra, uncertain of what to say. He didn't know the first thing about kids. Cassandra was disappointed with Don's reaction to the news that she was going to have his child. "Well, don't try to act too excited about it!" Cassandra exclaimed, then turned around and left the room.
That night Don dreamed of Kaylynn. Was what Mortimer had told him true? Whose child was she expecting? And now Cassandra was pregnant as well. Don did not sleep very well that night.
