The Broke Family's New Home

With Dustin and Brandi working together, they were able to buy a new home. It wasn't very large...only two bedrooms...but Dustin didn't plan to be staying much longer. No, he had plans, and he hoped that those plans included Dina Caliente. He had continued to see her. Dustin hadn't seen Angela since she had returned to Pleasantview. He had heard that she was involved with Alexander Goth now. Somehow, that didn't seem to bother Dustin. He was falling for Dina.
Beau sat in the middle of the floor in his new room, playing with his toys. He really liked their new home! It was simply furnished, but nice. Much nicer than he had ever known before.
Brandi watched as Christopher grew each day. And it seemed that Christopher was looking more and more like her every day! That was odd, as both Dustin and Beau looked so much like Skip, and didn't look like her at all! It was a little unnerving at times...to look in his little face and see...herself!
Dustin continued to help Brandi with Christopher. He loved his little brother...actually, he loved both his little brothers. He wanted a child of his own one day. Perhaps a child with Dina...a little boy or girl who would have blond hair. But whose eyes would he/she inherit. Dustin stared, deep in thought...dreaming of the future.
