Brandi invited her friend Dina Caliente over on the night Christopher was to become a toddler. Dustin took Christopher to his birthday cake and held him until the transformation was complete. Dustin had always been a great big brother to both Beau and to Christopher.
After Christopher had been bathed and put to bed by Brandi, Brandi spent some time with Beau while Dustin spent some time with Dina. Dustin thought Dina was the sexiest woman he had ever known. He even kinda liked the idea that she was a little older than him, and much more worldly. After all, she had already been married to Michael Bachelor and her husband had died. He was flattered that she seemed so attracted to him. Dustin and Dina held hands...they flirted...
And they kissed even though Brandi was right there to see them! They didn't seem aware that there was anyone else in the room.
As Dina left for the night, Dustin kissed her goodnight. Brandi watched in surprise. She couldn't really say anything, could she? After all, Dustin would be a college graduate in just a few days. He was an adult, as was Dina. And besides...Brandi liked Dina. She sort of liked the idea of her son and her best friend getting together. There wasn't
that much of an age difference between them! Dustin had always been mature for his age. He had always had to be. Still...Brandi couldn't help but worry that her son might be setting himself up for getting his heart broke. And, what about that Pleasant girl...Angela?
