Dirk invited Lileth over for dinner. Tonight was going to be a special night for Dirk...and...he hoped, for Lileth as well. He was going to ask her to marry him! Dirk had loved Lileth since they first started attending high school together. Even though Lileth tried to appear to be "tough" to others, Dirk knew better. He knew the
real Lileth...not the rebellious teenager that she tried to project herself to be to other. After dinner, Lileth was playing around with Donald, dancing with him. "She loves kids too!" thought Dirk, happily. To Dirk Lileth was perfect.
Dirk got down on one knee in front of Lileth. "Will you marry me?" he asked, holding up the beautiful ring he had selected. Lileth could hardly believe that this moment had actually come! She had wanted to marry Dirk...they were meant for each other...and now the time was here. "Yes! I would love to marry you, Dirk Dreamer!" Lileth said, putting the engagement ring on her finger.
Dirk kissed Lileth. He had never been happier! Donald watched as the lovers kissed. He wasn't exactly sure what had just happened, but he knew that both Dirk and Lileth were happy. And he knew that Lileth was going to join their family soon.
Darren talked to Donald about the engagement. He explained that Dirk and Lileth would soon be married, and that they may even live in the same house with the two of them for a while. "Dirk and Lileth love each other very much," Darren explained. "We're going to have a wedding soon!" Darren was happy for his son Dirk.
