Angela and Alex At Home

The older Alex became, the more like his father he looked! Angela was so glad that he looked like Alexander. And she knew that Alexander would have been so proud of Alex.
Alex brought his cousin, Georgette, home from school with him one day.
Though it was winter and cold outside, the pool was heated. Georgette changed into her suit and went swimming. Angela watched Georgette as she worked in the yard.
Tiring of her work, Angela decided to join Georgette in the pool. The water looked so warm, and Angela was beginning to get a little cold. Georgette got out of the way as Angela made a beautiful dive into the water. When Cassandra came over later that evening to pick up Georgette, she joined them in a swim. She and Angela even gossipped about one of the old professors they had when they were in college. It looked as though Angela was ready to join the world again. It felt good to see old friends again...especially Dustin.

Georgette Goth Has A Birthday

George watched as Cassandra and Georgette blew out the candles on Georgette's cake. His little girl was growing up so fast!

Dick Broke Caliente Has A Birthday

Dina smiled at her son as she took him to his birthday cake. Dick smiled back at his mother.
Dina leaned forward, and helped Dick blow out the candles.
Just who did Dick look like??? He certainly had his father's coloring...the blond hair and blue eyes. Yes, his facial structure and features were very much like his mothers. He was definately a combination of the two.
Dina made a nice spaghetti dinner to celebrate Dick's birthday. Dustin sat in silence, eating his spaghetti. He was so much in love with Dina, and he was so proud of his son. He loved them both so much...yet, he couldn't help but think of Angela over at the Pleasant home. He felt sorry for her in a way...all the loss she had suffered. He hadn't meant to kiss her the other night. He would just have to be very careful...because he didn't want to jeopardize his family in any way!

Angela and Dustin

Angela had let her hair grow longer. Rather than get it styled, she had just pulled it back into a ponytail. With Alex now in school, Angela found herself alone much too much. She decided to look for a job. As her LTW is to be a general in the military, of course, nothing came up for several days in the military field. Angela decided to just hold out until an opening came in the field she wanted. After all...it wasn't as though she had to work.
One evening, Dustin appeared on her doorstep. Angela was so happy to see him, that she grabbed him and kissed him hard on the lips. "Woah! Now wait a minute, Angela!" said Dustin, "You shouldn't have done that. I'm a married man!" Dustin was glad to see Angela, and it was clear that Angela had missed Dustin. Angela asked Dustin inside. Dustin stepped inside, looking around. Yes, he had spent many hours here when he was a teenager. Things hadn't changed much in the old home. Dustin turned to Angela, hugged her and said, "I've thought about you often, Angela. I'm so sorry about Alexander...and your parents."
Alex watched as his mother and Dustin continued to hold each other, looking into each other's eyes. If anyone had been walking by the old Pleasant home, they would have seen something shocking. Angela and Dustin were kissing passionately! That would have definately been something for the gossips in the town to talk about!

Alex Goth/Child

Before Angela knew it, Alex had grown up. While it had been just the two of them, with the exception of the nanny, now...Alex would be going to school, he would be making friends. Life as they had known it was about to change. Alex tried to help his mom with keeping the house clean. He even helped with washing the dishes sometimes.
Alex was happy to be going to school. He was ready to make new friends and see more of the world. But...was Angela ready for the world yet???

Angela and Alex

After Alex's birth, Angela once again felt as though her life had a purpose. She still thought often of her husband, Alexander...and of her parents. It was so tragic...the way they had all perished in the fire. Why hadn't she died as well??? She had asked herself that very question so many times. Now she believed it was because of Alex. She had been pregnant with Alex. She saw Alexander in Alex. He looked so much as Alexander had looked.
Angela did hire a nanny to help her with Alex. She was a "stay-at-home" mom, living off the inheritence she had gotten from Alexander. She lived in her family home. It was all paid for, so she didn't have to worry about a house payment. She planned to get a job, but not until Alex was in school. She had already lost so much. She didn't want to lose these precious years watching Alex grow up.
Alex usually work up very early, and would cry for Angela to let him out of his crib. "All right, Alex. And good morning to you too!" Angela said, as she slowly got out of bed.
In the evenings Angela liked to go outside and swing. Somehow it seemed to calm her...to remind her of her younger days, and of happier times. Alex would watch from the deck. When it began to get late, Angela would take Alex inside. She would feed him his dinner, bathe him, and put him to bed. It was a solitary life...yet it suited Angela...for now.
The ghost of Daniel was the only one that made an appearance. Daniel never tried to frighten his daughter or grandaughter. He just hung around the yard, as though protecting them from harm.

Winter at the Broke/Dreamer House

It was winter at the Broke/Dreamer house. It was soooo much fun to go out, to throw snowballs at each other...build a snowman...make snow angels! But...if you weren't careful you could very easily become extremely COLD out there! Brandi shivered as she entered the warm house after playing out in the snow. She headed straight for the bathroom. Nothing like a long, hot bath to help her get warm!
Christopher also found himself cold, yet he found an even better way to get warm. He joined Zoe in the hot tub!
Christopher kissed Zoe tenderly.
He couldn't believe his fortune in meeting this girl at school. Could she be "the one???" He remembered the first time he had seen her. She was standing in front of him, in line, in the cafeteria. She had turned around to him and whispered, "Can you believe we're actually waiting in line to eat this stuff!" She had then smiled brightly, looking straight into his eyes. Christopher had found himself speechless, at first. But she had sat by him, talking and putting him at ease.
Christopher thought Zoe was the most beautiful girl he had ever met. He had the biggest crush on her...and she felt the same way about him! Life was so good!

Elder Brandi

It was Brandi's birthday and Darren had invited several people over for her birthday party. Darren greeted Cassandra, who hugged him lightly. Darren had once had very strong feelings for Cassandra. He had continued to respect her, and was glad that she appeared to be very happy with her new husband and her child. Darren was a little older than Cassandra...and it certainly showed now.
Dina looked at Darren's son, Donald. He certainly looked like someone she knew...but who??? Casey and Christopher talked with Donald.
Cassandra climbed into the hot tub. Donna Caliente looked at Cassandra with a big scowl on her face. Apparantly, someone had been talking to Donna about Cassandra. Couldn't be Donna's mother, Nina...could it???
Brandi's friend and daughter-in-law Dina, along with her son Beau, her husband Darren watched as Brandi blew out her candles. Casey had her eyes on Beau.
Brandi transformed into an elder as her family looked on.

Darren and Christopher

One night when the ghost of Viola had been especially active, Darren decided to move her headstone to the "Lost Soul's Cemetery". Viola always appeared very angry, and especially aggressive, scaring the family many times each night she came out. Darren thought it was sad, the way she had died...so young, and as a guest at his and Brandi's wedding. He wanted her final resting place to be nice. He thought that perhaps she would rest better if she were away from the place where she had died so violently.
While at the cemetery, Darren witnessed an interesting exchange between two of the townies of Pleasantview. Darren shook his head, turned around and quickly left in his taxi.
Upon his return, Darren decided to play some chess. Zoe and Christopher were out on the deck talking. Darren sat down, as Christopher took Zoe's hands in his.
Christopher then bent down and kissed Zoe...his very first kiss...and hers as well. Darren tried not to stare, and looked straight ahead. He couldn't help but feel a little awkward though. It had certainly been a strange night for Darren!

Eder Darren Dreamer

Darren's birthday was already here! Darren thought of his life as he looked at his birthday cake. So far, his life had been good. Sure, there had been some hardships along the way. His wife had died...then Kaylynn had died in that fire. But...he had fallen in love with Brandi, and with her children. And there had been Donald...he had been able to adopt Donald and now Donald was in college. Kaylynn would have been proud of them both, he thought.
Darren blew out the candles then cheered, clapping his hands together. Yes...life was good. And he was looking forward to living a lot longer as an elder. He looked forward to growing old with Brandi...and he looked forward to having grandchildren to spoil.
Darren transformed into an elder. He still had that trademark smile on his face.

Christopher and Zoe

There was, however, one girl that Christopher did find very interesting! Her name was Zoe. She was a townie that came home with him from school one day.
Zoe was very cute. He loved her black hair...her green eyes. Her smile. In fact...there wasn't anything about Zoe that Christopher didn't like!
Even Brandi thought Zoe was a really sweet girl. She was courteous. She talked with Brandi, and even played a game of chess with her. She seemed very grown up for her age. Yes...Brandi was very impressed with Zoe.
This time...when it was time for Zoe to leave...Brandi watched as her son gave Zoe a big hug goodbye. "Quite a different reaction than he had with Donna!" thought Brandi. She couldn't help but smile. Yes, she thought Christopher had made a good choice with Zoe. She had a feeling that they would be seeing much more of Zoe in the next few months.

Christopher and Donna

Christopher brought Donna Caliente home with him from school one day.
He and Donna didn't seem to have much to talk about. Christopher watched t.v., asking Donna to join him. While Christopher thought she was nice enough, he really didn't find her conversation to be that interesting. I guess she just wasn't his "type".
When it was time for Donna to leave, she tried to hug Christopher goodbye. Christopher held his hand up, pushing Donna away. "What's the matter?" Donna asked, feeling hurt and surprised by Christopher's reaction. "Uh...I just don't want to do that. I'll see you later." Brandi saw the exchange between the two. She realized that Christopher just didn't really like Donna that much. "It was so nice of you to visit today, Donna", said Brandi to Donna as she helped to escort her out the door.

A Few Random Pictures

George Goth.
Darren Dreamer...his color is very strange. He apparantly got too cold.
Brandi Broke/Dreamer. I think Brandi is very pretty...and she makes pretty children too.
